We are NOS EL1TE, a 7v7 Team representing Southeastern Massachusetts. We have teams in the 18U, 15U, 14U, 12U, 10U, and 8U divisions. Our teams compete across the country at an elite level showcasing the skills and talents of our Student - Athletes. We have been running this program since 2020 and have worked with hundreds of student athletes. We are a FAMILY and we pride ourselves on helping our athletes become better young men and better students to get them prepared for LIFE!

MARQUISSE SILVA
Known for his innovative training methods and emphasis on holistic player development, Marquise has worked with players of all ages and skill levels. His coaching philosophy centers on a blend of technical mastery, tactical intelligence, with physical and mental resilience. Beyond the field, he instills values such as discipline, teamwork, sportsmanship and education in his players, fostering a growth mindset both on and off the field.
In addition to his on-field expertise, Marquisse is also a lifetime student of the game, staying up to date of the latest developments in coaching methodologies, sports science, and technology. He leverages this knowledge to continually enhance his training programs, ensuring that he remains at the forefront of football coaching. Marquisse is a mentor, motivator, and a source of inspiration for those under his guidance.
His positive influence extends beyond football, as he encourages his players to excel academically and embrace a well-rounded approach to life. Whether working with aspiring youth players or elite athletes, Marquisse Silva’s impact on the youth is profound.
